1. Who may use the tool

Complex Society Video Publisher is an internal tool of Complex Society. Only employees and contractors authorized by Complex Society may use it, and only to manage YouTube channels owned and operated by Complex Society. The tool is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and must comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

3. Permitted use

• Upload and manage only original content that Complex Society has the rights to publish.
• Do not use the tool to access, collect or modify any other user's account, channel or data.
• Do not use the tool to spam, mislead viewers or violate YouTube Community Guidelines.

4. Privacy

How the tool handles data is described in our privacy policy (https://www.complex-society.com/video-publisher) and in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

5. Changes and termination

Complex Society may change these terms or stop operating the tool at any time. When the tool is retired, stored YouTube data and access tokens are deleted as described in the privacy policy.
